• Manage all aspects of the Alumni Program (follow‑up, resources, programming, etc.)
• Engage with alumni in a personal, meaningful way through calls, meetings and events
• Conduct alumni follow‑up calls, following established timelines
• Maintain consistent and accurate Salesforce reporting
• Connect alumni with clinical support and resources, in collaboration with the Clinical Director
• Oversee all alumni social media pages, maintaining consistent activity and engagement

• High School Diploma / GED preferred
• Substance use/recovery experience strongly preferred
• If in recovery, a minimum of one year period of sustained sobriety required
• Excellent interpersonal, observation, and communication skills
• Warm, engaging and dynamic personality; dignified character
• Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality and firm boundaries
