The Activity Director plans and leads engaging programs that support residents’ social, emotional, and physical well-being. This role collaborates closely with leadership and care teams, oversees activity staff and volunteers, ensures proper documentation and compliance, and helps create a vibrant community atmosphere.
Qualifications:- Strong organization, communication, and leadership skills
- High energy and enthusiasm
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Associate’s degree preferred (not required)
