• Compensation: Competitive salary with bonus potential
• Work Schedule: Typically, 8 AM - 5 PM EST, with flexibility as needed to meet deadlines or support initiatives across U.S. time zones. Some travel is required, including intermittent and extended overnight trips.

As an IDD Services Senior Director, you'll play a vital role in leading and growing Dungarvin’s services in Indiana. You'll provide strategic direction and operational oversight while developing leaders, driving business growth, and ensuring high-quality, compliant services for the individuals we support. You'll build and strengthen relationships with community partners, government agencies, advocacy groups, and other key stakeholders while overseeing financial performance, program development, and operational excellence.
