What You'll Bring to Our Community:

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) is highly preferred. Bachelor's degree in Social Work (BSW) with relevant experience will also be considered.
• MUST HAVE previous experience in LTC/SNF setting
• Current and valid Social Work licensure or eligibility for licensure in Indiana preferred, not required
• A deep passion for working with the senior population and a strong understanding of their unique needs.
• Excellent assessment, crisis intervention, and counseling skills.
• Strong knowledge of community resources and advocacy.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Empathy, patience, and a genuine commitment to person-centered care.
