Robin Run Village is seeking a compassionate Social Worker to enrich the lives of our residents in a supportive senior living community. You will provide psychosocial assessments, counseling, and connect residents and families with essential community resources.
As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will develop individualized care plans, advocate for residents' rights, and help families navigate transitions. MSW is preferred; BSW with relevant LTC/SNF experience will be considered.
