The Salvation Army Indiana Division is seeking a Transitional Housing Ambassador Program Counselor in Indianapolis to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, provide case management, and conduct individual, family, and group counseling.
You will document progress in the EMR, update treatment plans, and participate in multidisciplinary staff meetings while complying with confidentiality and certification requirements. Some evening or weekend work may be required.
