Software Engineer, Full Stack Developer
Job Summary
Design, develop, and enhance applications using ASP.NET, SQL Server, Azure, and other web technologies. Deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions across internet, intranet, and extranet environments. Support the full software development lifecycle using agile methodologies, ensuring alignment with organizational architecture, security standards, and cloud-first strategies. Collaborate with IT and business teams to build custom applications, APIs, and integrations that support core business processes.

Essential Functions- Develop custom applications and web components using Visual Studio and ASP.NET technologies.
- Build, test, deploy, and document applications; maintain integrations with internal/external data sources and third-party systems.
- Use Azure Dev Ops, follow architectural concepts, and create/manage SSRS reports.
- Implement functional, load, and automated testing practices.
- Apply security best practices for permissions and access management.
- Leverage AI-assisted tools for coding, debugging, documentation, and testing.
- Participate in project meetings and perform other duties as assigned.
- Strong technical knowledge, problem-solving ability, and familiarity with AI-powered development tools.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage projects, and multitask effectively.
- Excellent customer service, teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Associate or bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, business, or equivalent experience preferred.
Experience3-5 years of application development experience. Proficiency with SQL Server and advanced expertise in ASP.NET.
