As the Manager of Conversion Engineering, you will oversee the engineering process related to customer data conversions and lead a team of Conversion Engineers, ensuring effective support of the overall client conversion journey. Strong proficiency in C# and GoLang is required.

• Lead and manage a team of conversion engineers to ensure successful, accurate, and on‑time delivery of data conversion projects.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, including conversion project managers, conversion and onboarding leadership, engineering, and product development, to drive successful deployment.
• Work closely with conversion project management leadership to understand unique business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Design, develop, and test custom code solutions using C# and GoLang to meet client conversion requirements.
• Conduct code reviews and provide guidance to ensure high‑quality deliverables.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions during the conversion process.
• Continuously monitor and improve the conversion process to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to conversion engineering and share knowledge with the team.
• Proactively manage team projects and identify risks before they become blockers.

• Proven track record in conversion engineering or software development with tangible business outcomes.
• Proficiency in C# and GoLang, passion for designing, developing, and iterating high‑quality code solutions.
• Strong adherence to software development principles, championing adoption and best practices.
• Analytical problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Comfort with data mapping projects involving SQL, Excel, and database backups.
• Agile project management skills, capable of prioritizing competing tasks and managing multiple projects.
• Excellent communication skills, translating complex technical concepts for cross‑functional teams and clients.

Salary range: $87,000 – $110,000. Eligible for discretionary bonus. Compensation within range depends on skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws.

Permanent, full‑time, fully remote (U.S. and select Canadian provinces only). Employees in Indianapolis, IN can work from headquarters. No visa sponsorship or relocation assistance.
