Overview

Join us as a Salesforce Developer at Salesforce
. The role is hybrid in Dallas or Indianapolis and focuses on building advanced features on the Salesforce platform, including Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Agentforce, and Java technologies.

• Participate in exploration, code design, and implementation of new Salesforce features.
• Deliver high‑quality, stable code with attention to detail.
• Review code submissions and provide constructive feedback.
• Drive sprint execution, continuous improvement, and Agile practices.
• Build and maintain Agentforce agents, including prompt templates and test strategies for LLM outputs.
• Automate testing to certify build quality.
• Advocate Scrum and Agile development processes.

• At least 4 years of development experience, 2+ years on Salesforce platform.
• Experience with Apex, Java, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, JavaScript, React
  
  JS, and Agentforce.
• Technical degree required.
• Design and implementation of web services experience.
• Prompt Engineering experience and LLM‑based agent testing.
• Strong object‑oriented programming concepts.
• Git source‑control experience.

• Code reusability, scalable design patterns, and test‑driven development.
• Agile software development and TDD experience.
• Automation testing frameworks knowledge (e.g., Selenium).
• Certifications:
  
  Salesforce Admin, Salesforce Developer, Agent blazer.
• Understanding of LLM concepts (RAG, embeddings, fine‑tuning).
