We are currently seeking a highly skilled AI Solutions Engineer with a strong background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and workflow management. The successful candidate will be involved in the exciting and innovative field of AI and will play a key role in integrating AI solutions into our accounting and finance systems. • Develop AI concepts within our accounting and financial systems to automate processes and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with business units to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for AI integration.
• Imagine and implement AI workflows to streamline and automate accounting and finance tasks.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the latest AI technologies and trends, leveraging this knowledge to drive innovation within the company.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of AI models and make necessary recommendations to improve performance.
• Ensure all AI solutions comply with industry regulations and standards.
• Provide training and support to end‑users to ensure they can effectively use AI tools and systems.
• Give presentations to large teams and executives to drive adoption.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on AI, machine learning, and workflow management.
• A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience driving AI solutions in an enterprise organization.
• Strong knowledge of AI and machine learning principles and trends.
• Experience with workflow design and implementation.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• The ability to work collaboratively with a team, as well as independently.
• A commitment to continuous learning and staying up‑to‑date with the latest AI technologies and trends.
• Experience with AI‑related software and tools, such as ChatGPT, MS Co‑Pilot, and Quad Code.
• Knowledge of accounting and finance principles would be a significant advantage.
