Overview
Knowledge Services is hiring a Software Engineer II to write clean code and drive the development of high‑quality solutions using modern Dev Ops and Agile processes and tools. This role will collaborate closely with other developers and requires a team player who strives to push the team toward greatness. It is a full‑stack development role that will help modernize and transform the technical landscape.

Responsibilities- Design, develop, and unit test web applications and APIs
- Perform unit testing and debugging with limited oversight
- Write clean, self‑documenting code
- Engage in peer reviews, consider feedback, and address comments
- Continuously learn and improve technical skills and leadership behaviors on the job
- Communicate and collaborate with peers, partners, and leaders
- Analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Lead small development projects with some oversight
- Mentor and coach junior engineers
- Generate innovative ideas and provide process improvement suggestions
- Be a team player, laugh and have fun, and always strive to get better
- A strong desire to learn and improve your skills as a developer
- Exposure to automated application building, testing, and deployment
- Highly skilled in full‑stack programming using Angular/Type Script and C# or similar
- Able to actively identify areas to learn and improve as required for tasks and professional development
- A background in agile development and associated tools (Jira, Azure Dev Ops, etc.)
- Knowledge of database concepts and SQL queries
- Experience troubleshooting, diagnosing, and determining root cause of issues
- Proficient in using code versioning tools like Git
- Experience in Terraform, Power Shell,
- Experience developing websites accessible to people with disabilities
