Pay Rate: $21 per hour

As a Project Supervisor, you’ll lead and support a team of Quality Inspectors at customer sites. From setting up projects to building relationships with clients, you’ll play a hands‑on role in ensuring top-quality results while fostering a motivated and successful team.

• Lead and support teams to meet quality, safety, and performance standards
• Develop clear work instructions and train team members
• Build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent service
• Provide coaching, feedback, and support to inspectors and team leaders
• Travel to customer sites (manufacturing plants or warehouses) to oversee projects

• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and attention to detail
• Experience in customer‑facing roles
• Valid driver’s license (required)
• Flexibility to travel to customer sites on short notice
