Salesforce Agentforce Developer

As we continue to expand our global footprint, we have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Salesforce Agentforce Developer to join our innovative and dynamic team.

As a Salesforce Agentforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting intelligent Salesforce solutions that leverage Salesforce Service Cloud, Agentforce, Omni-Channel, Experience capabilities, and enterprise integrations. You will play a key role in building AI-powered agent experiences, optimizing customer service workflows, and developing scalable solutions that support highly regulated business environments. The ideal candidate combines deep Salesforce platform expertise with hands-on experience in Agentforce, Apex development, integrations, security, and cloud-based customer engagement solutions.

• Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, triggers, asynchronous processing, and platform best practices.
• Build and configure Agentforce solutions, including custom agent actions, prompts, instructions, topics, Flow integrations, and AI-assisted customer service experiences.
• Develop and support Salesforce Service Cloud, Omni-Channel, Open CTI integrations, Service Console customizations, and customer service workflows.
• Design and implement enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Named Credentials, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, External Services, and Apex REST endpoints.
• Create and maintain custom Salesforce data models, objects, metadata configurations, validation rules, security controls, and governance standards.
• Partner with architects, product teams, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions while ensuring compliance, security, and operational excellence.

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, triggers, asynchronous Apex, and Salesforce platform customization.
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Agentforce, including AI-powered agent development, custom actions, Flow orchestration, prompt templates, and service automation capabilities.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce integration patterns, including REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, Named Credentials, Open CTI, and external system connectivity.
• Experience implementing Salesforce security and governance best practices, including sharing rules, permission sets, field-level security, Shield Platform Encryption, audit controls, and compliance requirements.
• Hands-on experience with Dev Ops and release management, including Git-based source control, Salesforce DX (SFDX), Copado or Dev Ops Center, test automation, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment governance.
• Preferred:
  Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud or Life Sciences Cloud, HIPAA/TCPA compliance, document generation platforms, human-in-the-loop approval workflows, and regulated industry environments.
