LILT is developing Converse real‑time translation for high‑stakes meetings. As the senior engineer on the Create team, you will own architecture, roadmap, and hands‑on engineering for the backend translation service and the customer‑facing surfaces.
You will design a low‑latency streaming pipeline, build the live meeting experience and interpreter workbench, and work with Product and Design to convert PRD requirements into technical designs.
