Position: 7th/8th Grade Girls Volleyball Head Coach

Reports to:

Athletic Director & Varsity Volleyball Head Coach

The 7/8 Grade Volleyball Coach teaches foundational volleyball skills, teamwork, and Christian sportsmanship.

The coach focuses on youth development and character-building.

• Volleyball playing or coaching experience preferred
• Strong communication and encouragement skills
• Agreement with TPCS Athletic Purpose Statement, which reads:

• Great recruiter/retention skills for your program
• Must pass a background check
• Must provide proof or be willing to take CPR training

• Teach proper fundamentals of volleyball
• Foster sportsmanship and Christian character
• Will to run successful summer camps
• Maintaining communication with administration, parents, and varsity staff is essential
• Supervise athletes at all times, until the last one leaves any organized event that the team is a part of
• Ensure safe and secure use of equipment and facilities
• Support program alignment with HS coaches
• Follow inventory check-in & check-out policies with uniforms
• Plan team banquet and awards
• Reports all game results to staff before 8 am the next day of the contest finish
• Other duties as assigned

• 1099 contractor
• Paid by stipend
• For the Fall 2026 athletic season
