• Conduct private (1–1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess students' skills, monitor progress, and adapt lessons to meet student and client needs.
• Provide a fun, engaging, and tracked learning experience for our students and clients.
• Ensure student safety at all times.

• Set your own schedule: work when it’s convenient.
• Travel locally within a chosen radius.
• Get paid within 24 hours via Pay Pal or other methods.
• Insurance coverage: included in general liability policy.
• Client opportunities: receive regular matches based on area and availability.
• Background check: company pays the cost.

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Swim instruction equipment if needed.
• Based in the US with US work authorization.
• A professional and positive attitude when working with children and adults.
• Confidence in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans.
• Clear background check.

• Earn $40–$60 per 1‑hour lesson.
