Culver frequently seeks athletic coaches to lead the 36 sports our school competes in. Coaches will be responsible for developing and coaching athletes, building and maintaining successful athletic programs, and modeling Culver’s mission and character development throughout all activities. • Substantial coaching experience, as well as playing experience, preferably at the collegiate level
• A commitment to modeling Culver’s mission and cultivating character
• Deep passion for and knowledge of the game that you are coaching
• A willingness to develop professionally and continually improve as a coach
• Ability to interact and communicate effectively with other coaches, teachers, parents, and athletic department staff
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• A clear vision concerning what it means and takes to build and maintain a successful athletic program
• Enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and a passion for teaching and coaching
