Location: Indianapolis
A leading sports team in Indianapolis seeks a Director of Performance responsible for elite coaching and athletic development. The role requires planning and implementing strength and conditioning programs while collaborating with sports medicine for athlete care. A Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or related field is required, along with CSCS certification and a minimum of five years in elite sports, preferably basketball.
Candidates must demonstrate excellent leadership and problem-solving skills and be able to work flexible hours including travel with the team.
