We're seeking high-quality fitness trainers to deliver team-based, high-intensity training and excel in execution at our studio.

The people we're looking for:

• Have a growth mindset and want to be part of a high-performing, understanding team
• Are positive, don't take things too seriously, but remain professional and value personal connections
• Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment and enjoy meeting new people while keeping our members happy

• Coach and motivate members during workouts
• Conduct goal-oriented in-person consultations with trial members
• Correct exercise form to prevent injuries
• Promote and sell F45 services, assist with membership growth and retention
• Demonstrate exercises with perfect form
• Provide regressions and progressions for exercises
• Set up, clean, and store equipment before and/or after classes

• Experience in an F45 environment preferred
• Group training experience or potential to excel in it
• Availability on weekends
• Strong character, care, and communication skills
• Energetic and attentive
• Knowledge of functional movement, HIIT, and heart rate training
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; comfortable with public speaking
• Familiarity with social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook
• Ability to stay on your feet and active throughout the workout

• Current nationally recognized fitness certification (NSA, ACE, ACSM, PTA Global, NASM, AFAA)
• Current CPR/First Aid/AED certification
• Group training certification
