• Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in transportation, logistics, or warehousing environments.
• Proven ability to manage expedited or time‑sensitive projects successfully.
• Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and warehousing operations within the United States.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with diverse teams and external partners.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
• Experience with transportation management systems (TMS) and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Familiarity with customs regulations and international shipping processes.
  
  Demonstrated ability to use data analytics tools to monitor and improve project performance.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment managing multiple concurrent projects.

• Manage and oversee expedited transportation and warehousing projects from initiation through completion, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Coordinate with logistics providers, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate rapid shipment and delivery of goods.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions promptly.
  
  Communicate project status, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders regularly to maintain alignment and transparency.
• Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including schedules, reports, and compliance records.
• Optimize resource allocation and workflow processes to improve efficiency in expedited project execution.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to resolve issues related to transportation delays, customs clearance, and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant transportation regulations and company policies during expedited operations.
