In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring all vehicle movements, local and national, are executed accurately, on time, and in full alignment with production, service, sales, and logistics requirements. This position supports day‑to‑day transportation execution, carrier management, delivery readiness, compliance with Run Buggy/Super Dispatch/Record
360, and accurate inventory status updates in Excede. The role requires exceptional attention to detail, proactive communication, and the ability to work cross‑functionally across multiple teams and locations.

Responsibilities Daily Transportation & Delivery Coordination
  • Build and distribute next‑day delivery forecasts to the Service Team at the end of each day.
  • Coordinate all local deliveries using in‑house drivers, drive‑away partners, or contracted trucking companies as directed by management.
  • Schedule Uber rides for drivers when needed.
  • Confirm DMV and Fiancé status, prior to scheduling any customer delivery.
  • Serve as backup support for national inventory when the Transportation Supervisor is unavailable.
Production, Lot, and Inventory Support
  • Work daily with Service Department leadership and foremen to align on production schedules and unit accessibility.
  • Identify inventory status changes proactively and update accurate locations within Excede.
  • Review Record
    360 data to ensure proper usage and confirm location contacts have all required resources.
Carrier Management & Compliance
  • Vet, onboard, and test new carriers before deploying them to all locations.
  • Train new carriers on proper TMS usage and tracking expectations.

    Ensure all carriers use full tracking on every move without exception.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with carriers through TMS ensuring accurate ETAs and updated status logs.
  • Run weekly, monthly, and quarterly compliance reports using various internal platforms.
  • Review movement data in TMS to confirm ETA accuracy, delays, and communication logs.

    Review hauling invoices for accuracy and ensure all charges match across TMS/DMS and carrier invoices before approving payment.
Systems, Reporting & Administrative Duties
  • Update inventory and transportation data in our DMS (Excede) and TMS platforms (Run Buggy, Super Dispatch, Record
    360) with a high level of accuracy.
  • Support production, service, and sales teams with transportation updates, documentation, and information requests.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Two (2) years of transportation, logistics, dispatching, or dealership operations experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and follow‑through.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
  • Self‑starter with strong initiative and ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and able to learn Excede, Run Buggy, Super Dispatch, and Record
    360 quickly.
  • Strong customer service mindset when interacting with internal teams, carriers, and customers.
Physical Requirements
  • Work will be performed both in an office environment as well as an outside area.
  • May be required to do frequent kneeling, stooping, squatting, crawling and climbing to perform multiple tasks of position.
  • Must have good manual dexterity.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs as needed.

Pay Range

$24–$29 per hour
