What
You’ll Be Doing
Delivering parts to our customers and developing relationships with them.Picking up parts from vendors, ensuring stock room parts are accurately stocked, and maintaining/checking inventory.Focusing on safety while driving and delivering parts.Serving as a NAPA Brand Ambassador during deliveries.Building long-term relationships with customers.Maintaining the store delivery truck, adhering to safety checklists, keeping it clean, and performing basic maintenance (e.g., checking tire pressure).Performing other duties as needed.This is the right opportunity for you if you
Enjoy working independently, driving safely, and engaging face-to-face with customers.Take pride in your work with a focus on safety and reliability.Want to be part of a fast-moving environment and possibly find a second family within the company.Are a student or retired seeking flexible work schedules.What You’ll Need
Ability to bend to floor-level shelves and reach upper shelves with the use of a stool or ladder, and stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 60 lbs.Handle cash transactions correctly and manage parts returns appropriately.Maintain a delivery log or tracking system.Inspect, protect, and maintain company assets and vehicles.Good speaking and listening skills.Ability to navigate using maps and directions.Flexibility with schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Valid Driver’s License.What Is In It For You
