We are seeking a Flatbed Driver for County Materials Corp located in Maxwell, IN.

Competitive hourly pay. Majority of freight hauled is for our company, minimal wait time. Home every night. Training in flatbed procedures and oversized loads available.

• Demonstrate customer service while interfacing with clients.
• Perform pre-trip, post-trip, and in route inspections on all equipment, including securement devices.
• Properly secure load prior to transport following DOT regulations.
• Operate tractor trailer combinations.
• Transport freight while ensuring compliance with DOT regulations.
• Perform duties consistent with all safety policies, including utilizing proper PPE.
• Unload transported material utilizing approved methods.
• Ensure cleanliness and good operating condition for assigned tractor.
• Receive work assignments and report back on job completion.
• Use consistent communicate with dispatch.
• Maintain customer relations by acting in a professional, courteous manner.

• Work in outdoor weather conditions.
• Work near moving machinery and equipment.
• Work alongside moving traffic on roads.

• Sitting.
• Carrying / Lifting 10 - 40 Pounds.
• Standing / Walking / Climbing.
• Squatting / Crouching / Kneeling / Bending.
• Pushing / Pulling / Reaching Above Shoulder.

• Must hold a valid Class A CDL prior to hire.
• Minimum of 2 years Class A CDL driving experience required.
• Oversize experience a plus but not required; will train.
