Cape Air is seeking cross-trained agents in the United States, ready to perform Ticket, Operations and Ramp duties at their station after training. You will check in passengers, book reservations, announce boarding, and assist passengers with special needs.
You may also handle remote reservations, share updates with pilots and ramp staff, and ensure FAA and airport security compliance. This role requires flexibility, lifting 70 lbs, and weekend/night shifts.
