Position:
Warehouse Worker. This role involves receiving and processing incoming products, preparing orders for transport, performing inventory and quality control duties, maintaining a clean and organized warehouse in compliance with facility protocols and safety standards.

• Receive and inspect products, accurately label items and reconcile deliveries and invoices.
• Organize and store incoming products applying FIFO inventory controls for perishable goods.
• Operate manual pallet jack, electric pallet jack, and/or forklifts as required.
• Pick inventory to assemble orders for product, supplies, and equipment requisitions or par levels.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures to meet accuracy and production standards.
• Load, unload, and transport products and materials within the warehouse and to client locations using carts, PIV, or motor vehicles as necessary.
• Conduct routine physical inventory counts based on established schedules.
• Accurately complete administrative records such as inventory counts, temperature logs, spoilage logs, equipment inspections, and related business records (paper or technology-based).
• Clean assigned work areas including restrooms, break areas, loading dock, freight elevator and platform delivery areas when applicable.
• Implement all location safety policies, OSHA requirements, SDS standards, and emergency procedures, using required PPE.
• Take appropriate measures for the security of client and company assets.
• Interact with clients, employees, vendors, customers, and guests about business-related activities and attend meetings as required.

• Over 18 years of age.
• High school education or equivalent preferred.
• Preferably 2 years of prior warehouse experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic reading, writing, arithmetic, and computer skills.
• Manual dexterity and ability to operate machinery.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lb with frequent lifting or carrying up to 35 lb.
• Valid driver’s license may be required for certain client locations (MVR screening applies).

This role may involve physical demands such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking & standing. It may also require uniforms and/or protective equipment.
