Automated Warehouse Material Handler 2nd Shift

Pay Range: $18.50 - $19.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Schedule:
4×10 hour shifts (2nd Shift)
The Automated Warehouse Material Handler is responsible for the fulfillment of customer orders by retrieving and stacking specific products and quantities as specified on the pick ticket/computer screen assigned on a predetermined conveyor or pallet while traveling throughout the warehouse’s pick area. The position also handles building stable pallets and ensuring safety, accuracy, and efficiency.
Duties & Responsibilities- Assist in case picking and sorting within the automated environment using computers, software, and complex machines while adhering to all established safety procedures, multi-tasking, and making sound decisions in a noisy, time-sensitive environment.
- Collaborate within a team to coordinate and organize efficient and dependable warehouse processes.
- Adapt to the needs of the role and maintain knowledge of working in different work areas (including HQS, Semi‑Automated Lanes, Pallet Pick, Flow Rack), meeting minimum expectations.
- Assist in daily housekeeping and maintenance of the warehouse, keeping the area free of trash or debris, cleaning spills, and following waste removal and recycling protocols.
- Work safely, accurately, and efficiently to control inventory and keep shrink at an acceptable level.
- Perform miscellaneous activities as directed to support efficient warehouse operations.
- Work in a fast‑paced atmosphere while walking and repeatedly lifting up to 75 lbs.
- Collaborate within a team environment.

- Read and interpret instructions from a computer screen.

- Knowledge acquired through 1 to 3 years of work experience.
- High school diploma or GED.
