• Accurately pick products using an RF scanner, ensuring order accuracy.
• Read customer orders and retrieve items from warehouse racks using barcodes and serial numbers.
• Update inventory in the ERP system after each item is picked.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment for all stakeholders.
• Operate heavy equipment including hand trucks, pallet jacks, cherry pickers, forklifts, and other machinery.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Experience operating a cherry picker and forklifts (Combilift, Order Picker, Skylift, Stock Chaser, and/or Turret Truck).
• Customer service focus with strong communication skills.
• Dependable attendance and reliability.
• Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment.
• Motivation to learn and grow within the role.
• Stamina to stand and walk throughout the shift.
• Computer proficiency.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally more, with or without accommodation.
• Physical ability to perform various warehouse tasks including bending, stooping, kneeling, etc.
• Comfortable working in a non‑climate‑controlled warehouse environment.
• Pre‑employment drug screening and background check required.
