1st Shift Inventory Organizer

(Need to be flexible with hours. May need to come in early or stay later)

Pay rate: $15.00 per hour

Job Summary

Looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Inventory Organizer to help keep inventory organized, accurate, and easy to locate. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy, keeping things in order, and working in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain inventory in designated areas
• Receive, sort, label, and put away materials and products
• Keep inventory locations clean, organized, and easy to navigate
• Verify quantities and identify discrepancies or missing items
• Pull and stage materials as needed for production or other departments
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts
• Maintain accurate inventory records and paperwork
• Inspect materials for damage or incorrect quantities
• Communicate inventory issues or shortages to supervisors
• Follow all company safety and quality procedures
• Assist with general warehouse and material-handling duties as needed

• Previous warehouse, inventory, manufacturing, or material-handling experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Able to accurately count and track inventory
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the workday
• Able to safely lift and move materials as required
