Receiving Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Receiving Clerk to join our operations team in Indianapolis, IN
. This role is critical in ensuring all incoming products are accurately received, inspected, and documented to maintain the highest quality standards for our customers.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour, based on experience

• Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders and packing lists
• Inspect furniture and goods for damage, defects, or discrepancies
• Accurately document and photograph any damages or issues
• Label, organize, and stage products within the warehouse
• Communicate with operations and customer service teams regarding inventory status
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe receiving areas
• Assist with inventory counts and audits as needed
• Ensure all paperwork and digital records are completed accurately and on time

• Previous warehouse, receiving, or inspection experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift and move heavy items (50–100 lbs with assistance)
• Comfortable using tablets or warehouse management systems
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
