Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous warehouse or powered industrial equipment training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements Experience operating electric pallet jacks or similar powered material handling equipment safely and efficiently. Ability to transport, stage, load, and unload materials throughout warehouse operations. Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and equipment inspections. Ability to accurately identify inventory, shipping labels, and warehouse locations. Strong attention to detail, dependable attendance, and commitment to workplace safety.

Preferred Qualifications Previous warehouse, distribution, fulfillment, logistics, or manufacturing experience is preferred. Experience using electric pallet jacks, forklifts, RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), or inventory software is beneficial. Knowledge of inventory control, shipping, receiving, order picking, or Lean warehouse practices is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate safe operating practices, productivity, teamwork, and inventory accuracy are well positioned for success as a Electric Pallet Jack Operators.

Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physically active warehouse work throughout the shift. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely operate powered material handling equipment while maintaining awareness of surrounding warehouse traffic. Ability to work in fast-paced warehouse environments while following established safety procedures.
