The position offers client support in management and maintenance of client financial records, bill entry, payment approval and processing, deposits, bank reconciliations, maintenance of the chart of accounts, financial reporting and completion of tax forms. The ideal candidate will be one who thrives in a detail-oriented environment while possessing both technical accounting expertise, meticulous attention to detail and outstanding organizational abilities.

Critical thinking and ability to engage and communicate with clients and their business associates is essential.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or similar from an accredited college or university.
• Previous experience preferred but not required.

• Understanding of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Proficiency in Quick Books and Microsoft Office applications.
