Audit Senior – Healthcare

Senior Auditor role at Blue & Co., LLC in Indianapolis, IN. We are seeking a talented Senior Auditor to lead audit engagements, establish working relationships with clients, peers, and directors, and continue to develop supervisory and management skills with ongoing training and mentoring. The ideal candidate will be promo table, have an advisory mindset, and possess a strong desire to build a career in client service.

• Plan, schedule and manage all aspects of audit engagements.
• Prepare business and individual audit returns.
• Perform field work, including preparation of complex work papers and supervising Staff Accountants in work paper preparation.
• Foster teamwork, innovative thinking, and knowledge sharing with team members to enhance service delivery.
• Training and mentoring Staff Accountants.
• Continually learn and become a subject matter expert in your area(s) of interest.

• CPA Certification or eligible and actively pursuing certification.
• 3-6 years of relevant audit experience in a public accounting firm.
• Proven financial, analytical, technical and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent client service and the desire to build business development skills.
• Demonstrated ability to oversee and manage engagements, prioritize engagements and supervise/motivate staff.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel to client locations, mostly day trips; minimal overnight travel is required.
