You’ll be leading a team and managing clients predominately blue collar including manufacturing and construction plus a lot of other closely held and family owned business in other industries. A lot sit within $20mil - $75mil in revenue but the whole clientele span from start ups to circa half a billion.

Alongside career progression, you’ll also enjoy four-day work weeks in the summer proving ambition and balance don’t have to be opposites.
