Shift: 8am-5pm Monday-Friday (Thursday & Friday in Office) (Hybrid)

Seeking an Accounting Professional with strong analytical and organizational skills to support financial operations across AP, AR, GL, and cash processes. In this role, you will work closely with cross‑functional finance and business teams to provide documentation, reconciliations, and accounting support, particularly related to the transition of select business activities to an external buyer.

• Provide accounting details and documents for AP, AR, GL, and cash items to finance teams/buyer as requested
• Coordinate data requirements for M&A related work
• Perform ad‑hoc accounting tasks such as reconciliations and journal entry reviews as assigned by management
• Support documentation needs related to business transition activities
• Work with various accounting and business departments to provide requested information

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (Master’s accepted)
• 2+ years of accounting experience
• Knowledge of general accounting
  , journal entries, reconciliations, and basic analysis

• Experience with SAP
• Effective communication and problem‑solving abilities
• Ability to work efficiently with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Experience supporting high‑volume or fast‑paced finance environments

• Strong attention to detail & accuracy
• Comfort working in a dynamic, cross‑functional environment
• Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks
• Collaborative attitude with strong professional communication
