ICAPE Group is looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Accountant (F/M) to join our team in Indianapolis (USA) under a V.I.E. contract.

As part of our accounting department, you’ll play a key role in the financial management of our U.S. entity.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Managing general accounting operations: customers, suppliers, and office accounts
• Processing invoices and payments, and maintaining accurate bookkeeping records
• Preparing bank reconciliations and assisting with balance sheet reconciliations
• Supporting VAT return preparation and quarterly closings
• Handling expense reports and ensuring accurate financial data entry
• Collaborating with the team on data reconciliation and responding to business queries

You’ll work closely with our international finance teams to ensure smooth operations and continuous process improvement.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Previous experience in an accounting department required
• Advanced Excel skills (SAP knowledge is a plus)
• Proficiency in Microsoft collaborative tools
• Fluent in English – knowledge of French or Spanish is a strong advantage
• Team player with a proactive and adaptable mindset
• Eager to learn the strategic and operational aspects of a global organization
• Comfortable working across different cultures and time zones
