Property Accountant
Salary: $80,000 - $90,000

- Prepare monthly financial statements and property-level reporting packages.
- Manage general ledger accounting, bank reconciliations, and month-end close processes.
- Review and reconcile accounts payable, accounts receivable, and tenant-related transactions.
- Assist with annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis for assigned properties.
- Ensure accurate financial records and compliance with company policies, reporting requirements, and internal controls.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of accounting experience, with property accounting or real estate experience strongly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software, with excellent analytical and organizational skills.
