• Prepare, review, and process customer invoices accurately and timely
• Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to customer inquiries
• Maintain customer account information and billing records
• Partner with internal departments to ensure accurate billing and account setup
• Assist with cash application, account reconciliations, and other accounting support functions as needed

• 2+ years of billing, accounts receivable, or related accounting experience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
