• Process and manage approximately 250-350 invoices per week with accuracy and efficiency.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documentation, ensuring proper approvals and coding.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies, vendor questions, and payment issues.
• Maintain vendor records and support timely payment processing.
• Assist with month-end closing activities and AP reporting as needed.

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience, preferably in a high-volume processing environment.
• Experience working with purchase orders and three-way matching.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
