Customer Program Coordinator

Customer Program Coordinator role is responsible for executing core operational and administrative functions supporting customer programs.

Essential Functions

• Ensures Health & Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times.
• Coordinate and schedule customer services
• Maintain contact and vendor information
• Support monthly team operations
• Prepare and distribute operational reports
• Coordinate and follow up on customer work orders and appropriate documentation
• Upload and maintain customer program data
• Prepare Customer Success Kits
• Respond to internal/external inquiries

Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned, including but not limited to continuously growing in alignment with the Company's core values, competencies, and skills.

Education Qualifications

• Required High School or Equivalent

Experience Qualifications

• Required 1+ years Customer Service or administrative support role;
  Environmental industry a plus

Skills and Abilities

• Possess strong attention to detail
• Possess time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks and responsibilities
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams
• Communication and relationship building skills
• Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this job.
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
