Job Summary
Spiffy Mobile Service, operated by the Tom Wood Group, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Detail Specialist to join our growing, technology-driven vehicle service team in Indianapolis. In this role, you'll perform high-quality cleaning, detailing, and decontamination services for vehicles, homes, and office buildings-all while ensuring a professional and positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Write up work orders and maintain accurate documentation
* Wash and detail vehicles, ensuring cleanliness inside and out
* Perform vehicle, home, and office decontamination cleaning services
* Maintain vehicle cleanliness during all service operations
* Reset oil lights and update service stickers as needed
* Track time, materials, and work performed
* Follow all company standards, safety procedures, and quality guidelines
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Basic computer and math skills
* Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
* Must be at least 18 years of age
* Tech-savvy and comfortable using a smartphone
* Flexibility to work occasional Saturdays
* Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new skills
* Must speak, read, and write English fluently
Working Conditions
This position involves occasional exposure to hot and cold temperatures, loud noises, dust, dirt, and exhaust fumes.
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Pay: $18.00 - $20.00/hour (based on experience)
