Change Management Coordinator

Overview

BEPC Inc. is seeking a skilled Change Management Coordinator to support the deployment of the ASPIRE business transformation program at our client’s Indianapolis mega site (Wave 5b). This role is part of the ASPIRE Organizational Change Management (OCM) team, collaborating closely with global and local OCM professionals to ensure a seamless transition to SAP S/4

HANA and harmonized processes across the enterprise.

Contract 12 months

• Oversee local OCM, communication, and training activities.
• Conduct stakeholder and impact assessments, and develop tailored change management plans.
• Coordinate activities for specific stakeholder groups in partnership with communications and training teams.
• Ensure appropriate resources are in place for OCM activities and support local execution.
• Implement OCM plans and templates to guide the organization through change.
• Support organizational alignment and workforce transition efforts.
• Monitor progress and provide regular updates to the global ASPIRE OCM team.
• Ensure completion of all deliverables within the OCM deployment toolkit.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Background in Project Management, IT, Pharma, Learning & Development, or Organizational Development.
• Proven experience in organizational change management and large-scale, cross-functional project implementations.
• Strong stakeholder management skills in corporate environments.
• Excellent communication skills in English and German.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Experience leading through resistance and solving problems in dynamic environments.

• Prior experience with Roche or Group Informatics.
• SAP and S/4
