We are seeking a talented and driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic IT company in Indianapolis. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth, expanding our client base, and forging strategic partnerships to position our company as a leader in the IT industry.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, understand their needs, and develop tailored solutions to meet their IT requirements.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or a similar role, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the IT services and solutions landscape, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, software development, and infrastructure management.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles and close deals effectively.
  • Strategic mindset and business acumen, with the ability to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive advantages.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools to track and manage sales activities, leads, and opportunities.
