Location:
This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office

The Account Service Coordinator is responsible for providing advanced customer service representation for accounts.
How you will make an impact:
* Interprets and supports plan benefit design.
* Resolves complex claims, benefit, and enrollment issues.
* Makes routine account visits.
* Coordinates open enrollment meetings, renewal process and training sessions; and on-site facility visits.
Minimum Requirements:
* Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 3 years of experience managing business operations and/or customer relationship; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
* Sales license may be required.
Preferred Capabilities,
Experience and Skills:
* Travels to worksite and other locations as necessary.
* Experience with national accounts preferred.
* Experience in a client facing role preferred.
For candidates working in person or virtually in the below location(s), the salary
* range for this specific position is $52,440 to $91,080.
