Job Title:

Senior Analyst - Q2C Innovation Team

We are a rapidly growing global company seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Q2C Innovation team. This team sets strategic direction for transformation programs, focusing on cross-functional process improvements, technology implementation, and scaling initiatives within Salesforce's Approvals business domain.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and technical skills, with the ability to quickly learn and apply business domain knowledge alongside their analysis skills. They should thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, high-growth environment and have experience engaging with global business stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Operationalize the Job-to-be-Done (JTBD) framework within our program operating model, including developing business requirements documents, requirements writing, and strategic planning artifacts.
  • Evaluate JTBD coverage against program capabilities and strategic roadmaps.
  • Align JTBD with our business value driver methodology to measure the value and frequency of jobs.
  • Plan, facilitate, and engage with business users at various levels to understand our jobs framework, supporting quarterly updates.
  • Conduct data analysis using Salesforce reports and Tableau to support business value metrics.
  • Recommend user cohorts for activation within programs, based on JTBD coverage.
    • Required Skills and Experience
  • Approximately 5 years of hands-on experience as a business analyst.
  • Self-starter with an autonomous approach to work.
  • Familiarity with process flow and JTBD; experience with process mapping and building future state processes; experience with Lucidchart is a plus.
  • Experience working with both business and technical teams, coordinating solution design, development, and deployment across multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven skills, with the ability to analyze usage and adoption data to drive value and change.
  • Proven ability to coordinate diverse business stakeholders to develop cohesive program artifacts.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work effectively within a global, virtual, and distributed team environment across different time zones.
