Financial Analyst​/Manager

A growing industrial business is seeking a Business Transformation Manager to serve as a strategic partner to divisional leadership and help drive execution of key business priorities. This role will lead cross-functional initiatives focused on operational improvement, productivity, accountability, and strategic alignment across a multi-site business. Key Responsibilities Partner with divisional leadership to identify, prioritize, and execute strategic initiatives aligned with business goals

Lead cross-functional transformation projects with measurable operational and financial impact

Develop project plans, milestones, metrics, and reporting tools to ensure disciplined execution

Monitor progress against key initiatives, track action items, and drive accountability across teams

Identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, cost structure, and organizational effectiveness

Partner with site and functional leaders to evaluate processes and implement best practices

Build dashboards and KPI reporting to measure performance and sustain improvements

Analyze operational, financial, and commercial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities

Support planning activities including annual operating plans, strategic reviews, and leadership meetings

Prepare executive presentations, business reviews, and decision-support materials

Help facilitate communication, alignment, and follow-through across leadership and business unit teams

Support change management efforts and promote a culture of continuous improvement and execution excellence
