Midwest Landscape Industries (MLI) is a leading company in the landscape construction industry, known for its commitment to quality and excellence. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Construction Site Supervisor to oversee our day-to-day field operations.

Responsibilities- Uphold and demonstrate MLI's Core Values in all aspects of work.
- Oversee the installation of landscaping, irrigation, and site development materials, ensuring adherence to company and industry standards.
- Schedule and coordinate the delivery of materials and equipment to job sites.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating subcontractors to ensure project timelines are met.
- Maintain a detailed daily log of job site operations and report to management as needed.
- Adjust operations and schedules to meet production rates and construction deadlines effectively.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to optimize resource use and ensure project completion within budget, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
- 3-5 years of experience in landscape construction or a related field.
- Bi-lingual in English / Spanish proficiency is preferred.
- Ability to read and understand Construction Documents and Plans
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to understand project management sequencing and manpower allocation.
- Focus on labor efficiency and the ability to plan and schedule work weekly.
- Proven ability to build and develop effective work crews.
- Valid Drivers License
