- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from start to finish.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Oversee all aspects of project performance, including quality, safety, and compliance with regulations.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and team members to ensure smooth project operations.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure quality standards are upheld.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates and resolving concerns promptly.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and reports.
- Identify and mitigate risks, proactively solving challenges to keep projects on track.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence among project teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field, or 5+ years of direct experience.
- You have 5+ years of experience in managing a direct hire workforce and subcontractors, and in managing multi‑family housing construction projects.
- You have proven experience in construction project management, with a successful track record of delivering complex projects.
- You’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- You’re a strong communicator and leader, capable of building and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders.
- You’re proactive in identifying potential challenges and implementing effective solutions.
- You’re proficient in construction management software and tools.
- You’re committed to upholding the highest standards of quality and safety.
