• Visionary Leadership: Guide a well-established, mission-driven program with 9 residents per class, shaping curriculum, policies, and strategic direction.
• Mentorship: Foster a growth-oriented learning environment by providing real-time feedback and professional development pathways for residents.
• Team-Centered Leadership: Model strong problem-solving skills, empathy, and collaborative decision-making within the program and clinical teams.
• Teaching Engagement: Actively teach within the Family Medicine Center (FMC), including procedural skills and oversight of FM inpatient rotations.
• Clinical Operations Oversight: Ensure smooth operations by managing FMC and hospital staffing while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Role Model: Maintain a medical practice in the FMC, demonstrating excellence in patient care for residents to emulate.
• Faculty Development: Lead and develop a high-performing faculty and staff team, providing coaching and continuous development.
