Are you a board-certified Pain Medicine Physician looking for an exciting opportunity? Indiana University Health Medical Group is inviting you to become part of our collaborative practice in Lafayette, IN . As we prepare for the retirement of a valued physician in 2026, we are eager to welcome a new member to our friendly team!

At Indiana University Health, you will thrive in a supportive environment that values teamwork and patient-centered care. You’ll have the chance to perform diagnostic and interventional pain procedures, including:

• Epidural steroid injections
• Radio frequency ablations
• Medical branch blocks
• SIJ injections and hip injections

With the backing of 3 Nurse Practitioners and a robust multi-specialty referral network, you’ll be well-equipped to provide exceptional care.

• Join a busy, mature practice with a collegial atmosphere.
• Enjoy a Monday-Friday schedule with minimal call (1:5).
• Perform procedures in our state-of-the-art Surgery Center.
• Receive referrals from a diverse group of specialists, including Neurosurgery and Sports Medicine.
• Focus on patient care with minimal chronic opioid management.

• Fellowship in Pain Management
• Residency training in Anesthesiology or Physiatry
• Board eligibility or certification
• Active Indiana medical license or eligibility for licensure
• Preferred experience in the field
