IU Health Physicians is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Critical Care Physician to join their night ICU team at an academic health center in Indianapolis. The position involves managing inpatient critical care admissions, performing procedures, and teaching residents and advanced practice providers. The role offers opportunities for leadership, professional growth, and includes an academic appointment at the IU School of Medicine.

Job Details
* Team includes physicians and APP's
* 7 on 14 off or 120shifts per year- schedules available that supports work- life balance
* 100% inpatient
* Practice location:
Academic Health Center
* Opportunities for teaching, leadership and professional growth
* Work directly with APP's and residents as part of a team approach to care
* Academic appointment at the IU School of Medicine
* Construction underway on a new state-of-the-art facility
* Outstanding bedside nursing and ancillary care providers
Key Responsibilities
* Manage admissions and consultation in a multi-specialty critical care unit
* Perform and supervise common critical care procedures
* Participate in teaching residents and advanced practice providers
Qualifications
* Must be BC/BE in Pulmonary and Critical Care
* H1B Visa sponsorship is available
